    This watch is being offered as close to mint. I am puzzled by something on this reference that I see often: the dial luminous is whitish, but the hands have the more typical aged Tritium look. Service dials? Just a nuance of this reference? 145022.jpg

    I've seen quite a few '69s where the hour lume is pale green, almost white and I'm sure it's original.

    I had one direct from the original owner that was worn sparingly and had the same look.

    Equally I'm suspicious of watches where the dial and hand lume matches perfectly. Obviously it can happen this way, but most verified one owner Speedmasters I've seen have slightly darker lume on the hands.

    I think the watch above is fine.
