A while back I had the opportunity to do some video work for a gentleman that travels a lot. Can you name the man I am talking to in the photo? You are correct! Retired Brig General, Apollo 11 CapCom, 10th man to walk on the moon, and youngest man to this day to have ever walked on the moon. He was wearing his Speedy although not the one from the moon. I asked him what happened to the watch he wore on the surface of the moon and he said that is the first thing they took off him getting out of his space suit at the end of the mission. It was on loan at the South Carolina State Museum. A genuinely nice fellow. I produced a montage video introduction for him and his wife to use when he does public speaking. Due to licensing agreements I cannot post it here.
