Question For Desmond About Dials For Genève Dynamic.

Desmond you are bid of an expert in genève dynamics. My question is this. Should the printed dial have swiss made on it? There are several foto,s and for sales on the internet with and without Tswiss madeT. Could you shine a light on this? Greetz Simon

Have you seen the watch in person? Are you sure it isn't there?

The reason I asked is that other similar dials had the "Swiss Made" in black printing inside the blue portion of the dial.




Your watch has a lot a shadows covering that part of the dial and it could be there, just hard to see.

That being said, I've seen a lot of NOS dials and redials for this model. Your watch could be 100% correct or a total redial.

On the 4th photo it does look there may be some writing in the correct position. As Gator says, better pics are needed if you haven't seen it in person.

Did a tone curve adjustment on the Image and it seems to have clarified well......

There is no such at the dial as fare as I can see. Haven,t seen the watch personelly.But If you look at pictures on google there are more out there without the writing. There are a few from collectors on google and forums and they say original. Ihave 2 dynamics with raised markers and they do have the swiss made writing. Alot of the printed dial,s to. I want to buy the one on the foto,s but want to be sure the dial is original.

That was my thought, but I'm not good with photo manipulation.

The black on blue is not high contrast (say like white on blue) and doesn't photograph well.

The OP could be surprised if he goes for it,
