Question about precious metals used in new neo-vintage Seamaster models.

Hi, all. Let me preface this by specifying the models that I have a question about; the 2222.80.00 (Casino Royale) and the SMPc models. So, I've been reading some articles claiming that white gold is used for the hour markers of some of these models. I also noticed that the oscillating disc on some of the movements used in these models, the caliber 2500, have some sort of gold engraving on it. Can anyone please clarify? It's mainly a matter of curiosity and preference. TIA. Have a good day!
