Question about finding SS dauphine lume hands for 168.010

I have a 168.010 with dome dial, and need to replace the hands. The hands are silver (steel) dauphine with lume, and I believe the length I am looking for is 9.0 mm for hour hand, and 13.5 mm for the minute hand. The seconds sweep is ok, but should I find replacement for that as I am replacing the hour/min hands? It is not a pie pan, it is dome dial so I need the longer handset, not the short one for pie pan dial.
Do I need more info such as diameter of the opening, or is the cal sufficient to identify the correct hands?
Should I look for vintage set, or is that waste of time and just get service part?
What would be the part number?
Thank you !

Thank you for this. Since I posed the question I did further research- my watch has stick hands and I thought they were incorrect at first, but further research leads me to believe they are correct. Here’s the watch I think I prefer the stick hands.
