Reference is 168.5009 and it is 18k.
there is no gold stamp on the back side of lugs!
so I am wondering if case is changed?
dial is also made from 18k gold!
i have only found similar reference on the net (186.009), so what is this 5 in the midle of reference?
and what would be price for this watch ?

We must be using different versions of Google?

It took me ten seconds to find your reference. It is a English produced case.

English caseback with the full set of hallmarks for 1968/69. British made Omega cases I have seen were all by Dennison and had Made in England on the inside of the caseback. The marks on your watch are different. Dennison were in Birmingham where the hallmark is an anchor on it's side. Your hallmark has a leopard's head for London. Also, the other marks are not what I have seen for Dennison. Check the inside of the case as there should be a matching set of hallmarks, usually visible with the back off. There are collectors of English cases so you might want to reach out to them. A high res shot of the case back would help.
