    I just recently obtained a cal 562 watch and when i compared it with my cal1010 watch, I noticed the cal 1010 has a different "tick" rate than the cal.562? Both calibers sweep around the dial but I notice that my cal1010 appears to have more ticks per second (the motion looks more fluid).

    Can anyone verify this?

    That's correct. The 1010 has more vph (vibration per hour) than the 562. (or A/h)

    18.000 A/h something vs 28.000 A/h

    You are correct sir.

    1010 = 28,800 bph (8 'ticks' per second)

    562 = 19,800 bph (5.5 'ticks' per second)
