    Good day all!
I am curious about the dial on this Constellation calendar.
What I noticed was that the numbers are not centred in the date window and the "swiss made" is not clearly visible below 6 o clock.

My thoughts on this is perhaps the dial was interfered with (made smaller) since the minute track is so close to the bezel.

Also the seller said the crown is 18K gold which is also questionable. Is it the original crown?
He was not willing to open the movement which is also not a good thing.

It was offered for $635 but I would not consider purchasing it since the case is polished and worn plus the question mark on the dial.

Sorry the photos are not the best - taken from my cell phone

I would love to hear what the forum thinks of the dial.
    Thanks everyone

The crown isn't solid gold, it is some variety of gold plated. The dial looks correct though it seems a bit dirty, perhaps cleaned at some point? The hands are incorrect replacements.

That watch is a wreck, as well as the above problems the gold capped case has heavy wear through of the lugs. I wouldn't buy it at all.

Likely an aftermarket crystal with incorrect retaining ring.
As above, this watch is a mess and not worth buying.
(Wrong sized date wheel or worse - wrong movement )

The seller said original hands and crown etc. Wow it is scary out there in the world of vintage omegas and this forum is such an asset for all potential buyers! Thanks so much for your inputs!
