I need an evaluation where it is complete information of this unique model.
Watch dates from 1959 based on the serial number and looks to be solid 18K gold.

No. Even the Omega factory doesn’t have that information.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to get historical information about Omega watches. In the past, one could order an Extract from the Archives (the service has been discontinued) but even that didn't give such detailed information as you want. The Extract did say when the watch was delivered, and to which country.

I expect that the value is mainly in the scrap value of the 18k gold.

Indeed, most pocket watches aren't terribly collectible, and this one is relatively modern so it doesn't really have much historical interest. The gold value is substantial at the moment, of course.

Which auction site do you recommend?
For this watch, eBay.

You should take it to a watchmaker first, have the non-gold parts removed and the gold case weighed to get an idea of the melt value.
