PSA: Avoid Stretch Bracelets!

I'm sure other watchmakers here have better examples, but I just got this "well loved" 136.012 (with a 613 movement? But some ... oddity inside). It shipped on a stretch bracelet, and TWO of the lugs are pretty ugly. See below. I've seen this before, just not to this extent!

A LOT of the cheap eBay watches I pick up from that time frame end up with them. I'm guessing they spent a bunch of time in drawer since before these went out of style 😀

They are still very popular with a certain age demographic. I see quite a few still being used, and always advise to remove them.
