I did many times. Used to drive down across the border to closest KK to do a donut run. Had some really weird looks from border guards when I would tell them where I am going, and on the way back when I would declare i am bringing 10 boxes of KK donuts back.

They are good, but I find them too sweet now. I dont know if anything changed, but it seems they are quite a bit sweeter than they used to be. Or maybe I just got old...

I kind of found the opposite - I hadn't had a Krispy Kreme for about 10 years (no factory stores in the areas I lived in) but found one a couple weeks ago, and it wasn't as sweet as I remember. Still fantastic, though!
