Hi, I have just received my DSOM and the seconds hand it stuck at the 12' o clock position.

Am I doing something silly here?

It's not been worn for some time, but it's telling the time.

The A & B buttons are not working either.

    Please help.

    Thanks

Don't worry it's just me being too cautious and silly. :)

It just required a firm hand on the button.

Sometimes you have to hit the buttons with a small hammer.

Yes, it required an amount of force that I didn't particularly want to apply.

Not advisable with a ceramic watch! ;)

Of course one would use a small rubber mallet with a ceramic watch :whistling:

Everyone knows that if you use a ceramic hammer to contact the ceramic case the resulting elastic collision generated forces are cancelled out. Simple physics people! ;)
