Replacement crown, over-polished case, and I'm guessing a redial. I can't hazard a guess on value, but not too high. I'm a novice though - maybe an expert will chime in if you are lucky. I'm assuming you don't have any information otherwise, and likely are in the market to buy this?

Difficult to say with these pics only.
Looks rather polished, non-Omega crown, might (just might) be re-lumed, based on the fresh very light green color of it. In general, they age not this fresh ....

    Inside?

There is not too much too good to be this true, I think.

It truly is what it is: polished, wrong crown, presumably relume and redial.
And no pics of the inside.

So, what is the asking price?

Not sure what 'looks too good to be true' means, as you can't really tell much about the condition of the watch with those two photos. It is almost like the Seller knows how to not take photos that may actually show the condition more clearly...

Based on that picture I wouldn’t pay much for it as you can’t tell much at all.

Say $250 tops on available evidence. Personally I wouldn’t pay that for it.

How much is this car worth.

Ok your picture isn’t particularly blurry but it doesn’t show sufficient detail to completely distinguish a 200 dollar watch from a 1000 dollar one (although what we can see suggests it’s more a 200 example).

A poor example of a watch is not worth getting at any price.

Perhaps it is worth looking at the WRUW thread in the open discussion section. There are thousands of watches there and this will give you a good idea of what you might like.(I say this because the two watches you have posted are from very different era's, so I wonder if you just want a vintage watch or there is a particular style of watch you want. It is good to know this as or will save you a lot of time looking at stuff you don t want) Once you have an idea of what you want then it is easier to find a particular watch.
I can imagine the seller of watch number two, which is a nice looking watch wants top dollar for it, as it supposedly unworn. If you wear it then you will loose all the premium one might pay for a NOS watch. Is it worth paying extra for?
It is a quartz watch, nothing wrong with that, but not very collectable. Patience will get you the right watch, in the right condition, at the right price.
