Hi everyone, for sale today is a nice high beat Ulysse Nardin A261.

1. General introduction
A stainless steel Ulysse Nardin A261, limited, 36.5mm, white sun burst dial, chronometer, high beat (36000bph), quick-set date, hacking second, 3rd party bracelet, leather strap, serviced, shipping fee with insurance in EU included.
Brand: Ulysse Nardin; Reference: A261.

2. Detail

Dial: Original white sun-burst dial with applied anchor logo; date-aperture frame at 3; centre second; black-painted hour markers; baton hands with black-painted strip; prints, hands and hour markers are all good. The dial has signs of damage between 7 and 9, near the centre.
Case: The diameter is 36.5mm without the crown. The case is in good condition that retains the original brushed surfaces. Original crown with the letters UN and the anchor logo. The case back has anchor logo in the centre; scratches; the reference A261 can also be seen there.
Movement: The 36000bph Ulysse Nardin NB11QU movement is based on ETA2826 that has hacking second function. The watch is running, all functions work as they should. Serial No.028869, dated around 1974-1975. Last service in November 2024. I wore this one for a few months and it kept perfect time, usually -1s per day. It was said unofficially that only 1000 of these movements were produced, though they were placed in a wide variety of case types and styles. So the number of ref. Glass: The glass in very good condition.
Bracelet: 3rd party bracelet with double fold clasp.
Accessory: A brown leather strap with generic buckle.
Overall, this is a good example of the reference.
