I offer my Omega Speedmaster 145.022-68 Transitional for sale. It belonged several years to my collection and has been worn since it was one of my favorite watches.... There are of course several things to talk about. Lets start with the case. As you can see it has been polished in the post of course not by me....! But there are worse cases out there. Some edges are still sharp btw. The crown seems to be later one. The DON is really really nice and together the dial this makes this watch so beautiful (in my opinion). The dial has been relumed when I bought it. Very good job. As I already posted in another thread of me regarding my 2998-3 this is a difficult topic to talk about. For me it is a good chance to make an ugly original Speedy a very nice one again. So I did with one too. The idizes were gone completely. The dial and the indizes look very good, I love the colors of the indizes (which were kept the same, as the very little remaining indizes when I bought it). Since I got the watch I did not service it. It runs good, but I would of course recommend to do a service. I don‘t know when the last service has been done. But just by looking at it, it looks not very „dusty“ ! The bracelet is a 1171/1 with 633 endlinks as shown on the photos. Serial fits to 145.022-68 reference. The watch is located in norther germany and a face-to-face meeting is always welcome. I can ship in germany fully ensured and of course shipping abroad can be managed..... My new asking price is 5300€
This 'should' fly off the shelf today, if it doesn't, it's indicative of the ever slowing Speedmaster market.
