    Sure, that's the seller's asking price and perhaps no one will pay that much.......yet. But how much do you think it would cost to source 25 pair and have an oz of #6???

    Obviously vintage watches and parts are not priced based on the value of the metal. Just as art is not priced based upon the cost of the canvas or paint.

    I get your point though. [emoji1]And those endlinks are certainly expensive.

    More than I would personally pay - unless I really wanted them of course. [emoji6]

    Well, a $2 rubber O-ring caused the failure of a $1,700,000,000 space vehicle. And a piece of foam that cost a few hundred dollars caused the failure of another. So technically, that rubber and foam cost more per ounce than silly end links!
