    Dear all.

I am hereby putting a pre-war (around 1936 pr. online serial no. charts) Longines in stainless steel up for sale. This is a quick flip for me, so excuse me for not knowing very much about it. If I state something wrong please let me know and I'll correct immediately.

The dial is without too many blemishes; there are some light discolouration at the periphery and some some small spots, most notably at the dial text. Also, there are some slight scratches on the subdial as can be seen above. The hands are blued and somewhat aged, especially the seconds hand. The crystal is crazed, which is the cause of the "scratches" on the "2" numeral on the dial.

The 30mm steel case appears to have been polished in the past, though not too severely. There are some light marks on the case and scratches on the caseback. The numbers on the caseback and back of the lug match. Note that there is a dent in the crown. The case features fixed lugs at a width at about 15mm and the Hirsch band in the photos is included.

I know absolutely nothing about the movement. I'd be surprised if it had had a recent service though it winds, sets and seems to run fine. There are two watchmaker marks on the inside caseback.

I am asking €410 for this Longines via bank transfer, tracked shipping included. I will be happy to take returns within a week of receiving the watch. Watch and I are located in Denmark, EU.

First to offer full asking price will get it, regardless of other ongoing trade discussions.
Please do not contact me if your primary objective is to move this on for profit. I do not sell to dealers.

Yep, I like to move things reasonably quickly. I had a chat with a resident Longines enthusiast and feel that it was priced to sell fairly quickly. Happy to have found it a new owner on OF :)

    Nice watch!

By the way, the cal. looks like a 12.68Z.

    Very nice watch indeed.
The caliber looks like a 12.68Z because it's a 10.68Z and they look very similar ;)
