·The hands are incorrect but pretty easy to source. The part that is super-rare on this watch is the crown! There were two variations of this cal. 294. the earlier one, pictured here, has a blank case back, and this particular signed, domed crown, which I believe is unique to this early model of the 294. The later 294's have the green enamel medallion on the back, and a beautiful but non-functional scalloped crown that tears up your fingers.
