Yes but if you just post nonsense, those posts will be deleted and won't count towards your 200.

Only members with over 200 posts can post complete and utter nonsense that has no bearing on the original thread.

The point of the 200 posts rule is that this is a forum for people to talk about watches, that also has a for sale section for members, not a for sale forum. If you want for sale section without being part of a discussion community, there's ebay and I'm sure numerous other sites.
