Positive Purchase Experience with Demollo

This is my first watch from Demollo (Darek). He was amazing from start to finish!

Initially I was hesitant as he was in another country and I had never purchased from him before. I asked him if we could have a video call to see the watch and he agreed. He provided multiple photos and details about the watch.

He was always very responsive and took the time to clearly explain how the process would work right from processing the wire to FedEx/custom documents etc. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout and walked me through every step and even shared tracking updates as soon as they were posted by FedEx.

The watch was packed extremely well and I had no issues whatsoever upon arrival. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a watch. He was super informative, honest, and an overall great guy to do business with. He made the entire process super easy and stress free.
