Positive Experience with Holben's

I thought I would share a positive experience with you all about a vendor. I have bought several straps from Holben's Fine Watch Bands and never had an issue. I recently ordered a 18mm strap and was accidentally sent a 19mm strap. No problem, I understand mistakes happen so I emailed the company about the issue, and promptly received a kind an apologetic email from Mike, the owner himself. He sent me a return label and shipped out a replacement right away. Good customer service is not about being perfect, it is about how you handle the inevitable slip ups.
