The age old story: was in a hurry getting the kiddo ready, getting ready for work, and BANG - smacked a favorite watch on a door leaving a big ol' scratch and white paint across the face...

A quick internal scream, and some even quicker polywatch and it's like it never happened.

For $8, this stuff is a must have!!!

Be happy that this was not a sapphire glass. That would be a more expensive repair.

Polywatch is pretty damn amazing. Apply it on vintage watch crystals and decades of historical evidence of damages and aging disappears like nothing has happened.

I wish it works the same on human.

In all fairness it most likely would have done nothing to sapphire.

I love it when I read posts where people indicate 'every scratch tells a story'. Most of the time the stories are like yours, and not "There I was, in the Congo... When all of the sudden I heard a lion roar, and could tell he was within striking distance. I turned and jumped off the 100 foot high cliff, knowing there was a branch sticking out about 20 feet down. All I needed to do was grab on to it, shimmy over to the cliff face, and climb down using my advanced free-climbing skills. But I did not count on there being an acorn on the branch, and wouldn't you know it, it stuck the crystal of my watch and made a small gouge. Well, at least that gouge is not as bad as having imprints from an angry lion's teeth in my watch."
