Would you mind to post better pics? Otherwise some parts are difficult to judge.
However, at least hour and minute hands are wrong.
And as far as I know, there should be a loupe on the crystal for the date. Thus, crystal is most probably not original.

    So:
    hands are all wrong
    Replaced crystal
    Work done on dial
Possible replaced crown .. can't tell.

Not much to like here with UG parts so scarce.

Check the movement too Luis. The gold microrotor has often replaced by less scrrupulous folks in some examples

What work do you think has been done on the dial?

A 'please' and 'thank you' would go a long way.

I have been wrong about UG before, but these look as I would expect them to. Colour is difficult to judge from the photos, but location and (homogenous) size are correct, IMO.

Maybe "badly" was a strong word but, yes, i think that the dots were relumed.

For what i'm seeing, and despite the poor picture, the lume dots should be less pronounced and smaller, like this:

And i never saw a dial in an average/poor condition, like the OP, whose lume dots haven't darkened:

So in my opinion those lume dots were relumed but, as always, i'm ready to eat my hat if proven otherwise

Look at the differents size of the lumes plots with black arrow and the gap between lumes plots and inner bezel (red arrow)

Can this be a original lume from UG ? not sure
