It's a lovely example, probably housing a caliber 601, an ultra reliable movement from the golden age of Omega production. Wear it as a pocket watch, with a nice chain and tucked into the fob pocket of your jeans. If your attire doesn't suit wearing it, get a small stand and use it as a desk clock. Here's one of my little Seikos as an example.

(Vintagewatchstraps) These would have worked well in the early 20th Century but may not be very practical today. I wear a pocket watch daily, but it’s in my… well… pocket.
