I'm thinking of buying another PO but I have a question regarding bezel diameters between the two calibers.

I read that the 8500 (42mm) has a 40mm bezel while the 8900 (43.5mm) has a 42mm bezel. Can someone confirm this?

Measuring my PO8900, the bezel is 42mm.

Case 43.5mm with shear guard.
47mm He Crown to crown.
21mm lug spacing.
48mm Lug to Lug
49mm across braclet end links (they don’t protrude).
16mm thick across sapphires.

I like the 43.5 better. I would go for the 8900 for sure. I had the 8500 and feel too small for my 6.75" wrist.

 

I'm the opposite. I have a 7" wrist and highly prefer the under 40mm Aqua Terras.

FWIW, my 39.2mm Aqua Terra 2500 has about a 38mm bezel.
