Thinking of adding this. It's a fun addition and very '70s.

Anything to be mindful of before pulling the trigger?

Any buyers' regrets out there due to shape or size?

    Please post pics of yours.

EDIT: I am looking for the modern version.

Oh, the modern reissue. Just buy from an AD - no worries then.

The weird thing is everyone that owns one tends to say its the most comfortable watch they own, especially on mesh, which does make sense as Omega mesh bracelets tend to feel amazing. Has the best clasp on any Omega too.

    Cool thanks.

I need to try it on... looks like a very fun watch to own and with some great strap and bracelet options.

Its definitely one of the few watches more vulgar and unimpressive to women than a Panerai, but I think that's also part of why you buy it

I like mine quite a bit - I will say it is a large watch and is quite heavy - I am always conscious that I have it on my wrist because of the weight. And I have to take it off when I sleep (don't have to do that with any of my vintage watches) because more than once it managed to compress the nerves in my wrist making my hand numb! I also own and wear the new 44.25 mm cal. 9300 speedmaster and the ploprof is a significantly larger and heavier watch. I would say it is not a good match if you have a wrist size smaller than 7 inches - my wrist size is a shade under 7 inches and it is already a handful (though I like it and will be keeping it).
