·Any watchmaker with an Omega parts account can get that for you. I'm not sure whether you can order one directly through Omega (I don't think so), but you can always telephone an Omega Boutique and inquire.

·Yup, any watchmaker with a parts account can get that for you. Part number is 063PW5139 and it hasn’t changed in decades.
