Just bought this but am new to pocket watches including Omega ones. Any help on their reputation, history, etc would be helpful for this era. Thanks friends!

In your original thread, you asked if it is a frankenwatch. I don’t see where we were able to assure you one way or another, and now you have bought it. You will have to help us help you. Show the “works” of the watch (back off, of course), and an image of stampings inside the case back.
I’m not interested in this specific watch. I’m confident it’s in great shape. I just wanna know generally the reputation of the Omega pocket watches during this era, how they compared to others, different types of Art Deco versions, whether 45mm was a smaller size for omega or a dress watch, etc. Hence the generalized nature of the question. Thanks for responses on the other post. I passed on that one and bought this one instead.
