Hi All (new here)

I have been offered this watch for £400gbp and I’m after some advice.
Firstly from looking at the attached pictures is the watch genuine (not the best quality pictures but it’s all I got) and secondly is £400 a fair price to pay for the watch.
I should also point out the watch has been engraved on the case back.
Please accept my apologies if I have posted this on the wrong thread.
