This is really surprising. Just goes to show how little feedback actually matters.

This needs to be reported. Chinese movement. No serial number on movement. No Swiss made. No jewel count. No incabloc. Wrong finish. Blue screws. Rotor marked 3303 which is for a piquet movement not eta/valjoux 7750. Rotors cannot be interchanged. Bracelet clasp marked 1620/887 which is Speedmaster Broad Arrow Bracelet 20mm. Actual end links are 975 which should be 19mm. 1620 links are oval not trapezoidal as in the auction. Please report before somebody loses a ton of money. Shown are proper 3303. Omega 1164 which should be what this watch has. And last is a real 1620 bracelet.

Other than the case back and odd hour markers, are there other obvious signs?

The first give away - even without seeing any of the details - is the pronounced shoulders on the lugs.

After that everything else is also wrong:
dial, crown, hallmarks, reference, movement.

If you are interested, there is some great information on different types of fake Connies on Desmond's blog site.
