I’ve seen a few of these pop up. Looks like a cheap Chinese movement. Either as desk top or mounted on something.

As already noted it's not a fake. This thread is for KNOWN fakes, things that the poster knows are absolutely fake, not things which they don't know enough about to say for sure or simply think might be fake. Your "spidey sences" have no place in this thread, especially when they are wrong.
