Boy, that watch is a mess but not sure it's a fake.
I based it on what I could see (the pics stopped downloading)

Missing the dot over the 'I' in Constellation, a flat star, and a weird crown logo.

It just looks cheap

I think its a MASH-UP with an F🤬-UP dial but the case is ok movement is real and its serial number matches its case number... dial is a mess tho! so is the bezel... i think its the wrong beze too BUT Im gonna buy! and fix it =)

It's fake, look at the movement compared to a real Omega 861. There have also been many threads discussing this watch, as it appears on eBay every couple of weeks.
