Not enitrely sure about this case, because those dog leg lugs look very, very beefy for a 168.005. Then again, the dial looks ok to me. Caseback doesn't look that familiar to me.

Maybe a Brazilian or a British case?

I agree: based on what I learned from Desmond's blog,
- the lugs are too beefy and not refined enough
- font also seems not right: the 2nd 'o' of 'chronometer' seems off, therefore missing MOY
- facetting of the lugs on the backside also seems not defined well enough, although the pictures are not very clear.
- medaillion too rough too
- crown very (suspiciously?) sharp
- seems that the gold hallmark is missing on the backside of the lugs

All in all: at first glance too crisp to be true...
Seller might not be aware?

It says repainted and restored. What they didn't tell you, is that they used sugar icing as lume...

That looks like the elusive Omlga, an Eastern European Omega variant with the legendary linen checkerboard dial.
