I messaged the seller. He removed the listing.
I did as well .
Every week or so one of these pops up on auction and before reporting i send a message because some are honest mistakes .

As I think this was. Seller was very gracious and withdrew the listing right away.

Me too , But on some occasions i messaged the sellers and they got angry , They said that I'm threatening them ... I'm being kind for taking the time to write a message and give them the chance to remove it themselves without backlash on their account .

Report denied, didn't violate eBay terms apparently 🤦‍♂️

I think having to send them photos and spoon feeding the CS agent to show how it's fake is the only route now.

the seller’s description sounds like he knows that this is fake.
Of course he knows it's a fake. He's been selling the same fake Vietnam Military watches for ages. All different "Brands, but all with the same shit Chinese copy of an AS1130.
