Speedmasters serial number would be on the movement as well.

The only thing that bothers me is. The seller states all vintage watches have been re-furbished, re-polished and re-serviced. So the watch has been opened but no movement pics. To me just that is suspect. But then again I would probably be fine with it in the $300-400 range, but I doubt that would even touch the reserve. But I am really cheap and basically broke.

    Hi Everyone,

I was thinking of buying a skeleton Omega watch, buyer has clearly advised it is a "marriage watch" (converted pocket watch). He advises it has a new face. I just want to know is this a fake or real and how much is it worth??? omega8.jpg omega7.jpg omega6.jpg omega5.jpg omega4.jpg omega 3.jpg omega2.jpg omega1.jpg

Worth whatever you're willing to pay, worth nothing to a collector.

And probably ruined a decent pocket watch to do it. I'd offer them the price of a bullet, but only if they would use it.

Please, please please flag this fake JLC. I contacted the seller and he stated that he won't take down the listing and that buyers can make up their own minds about authenticity.

I showed him pictures of an authentic Master Moonphase and he disregarded them. He told me he knows it's correct and that my "opinion" is invalid.
