Hi, I'm trying to figure out which exact model of Omega watch this is. I've seen similar ones online that say 1430 but I went to an Omega store and they said it looked like the Calibre 1337. Can anyone tell me which it is?

It's runs fine. What is it worth in this condition, with some scratches on the crystal?

It's an Omega Seamaster Quartz (obviously).
The model data is stamped on the inside of the caseback and the caliber will be evident when the caseback is popped.
Being a rather average quartz watch the collector value is limited or non-existent.
Only way to find the real value is dump it on eBay at no reserve and see what the market commands, maybe $100 to $200.
