Some outfits buy the ebauche from a watch making company in the grey form, and tart them up so they lose any resemblance to the ebauche. My guess is that most generic FHF 26 parts will be interchangeable with the parts in the subject watch.
Not quite the same, just similar. FHF made ebauches (blank watch movements) and sold them to literally hundreds of watch brands where they were "finished" as @Canuck noted. Lorenz probably did as hundreds of others by changing bridges and balance cock. You can tell for sure by checking on the dial side of the movement where the shape of the set bridge/setting lever spring will confirm the caliber.
