Well, Goldsmiths, jewellers are currently selling new ones for £2,440.00 so a second hand one should be less, depending on the case material https://www.goldsmiths.co.uk/Ronde-Solo-de-Cartier-watch..-29-mm..-steel/p/17310404/
You are very quick, dependable, and accurate. Also, by now you know that I got a bit side tracked in my search for a vintage Omega. Thanks and happy Easter!
I have to say that I liked the little blue(?) dial automatic that you posted yesterday. Happy Easter to you too
Seller asks £1300 for it. Could probably have it for a bit less. It has a box (for which I don’t care) but no papers... But I hesitate to spend so much money on a quartz watch. And then the Omega would have to wait... well, I am learning a lot here. For when the time comes.
That is entirely possible, thanks. I never tire of my Longines Saint Imier, which I wear daily since I bought it (new) in 2016. But I feel the time has come for a few more options. I would like to build a small selection, preferably with vintage watches in the mix. However, this one is off track, of course.
That is certainly a matter of taste? It does remind me of the Longines Présence, which costs less and is very elegant as well (at least in my opinion): https://www.longines.com/de-ch/uhr-presence-l4-921-4-11-6
I am often unsure about Cartier watches. It's sometimes hard to tell the difference between fakes and some of their crappy entry-level pieces. Either way, the OP watch isn't appealing to me.
