I bought it for myself for my birthday. I really like it. I'd like to know if everything is original.
I can take additional photos if needed.
Thanks everyone!

It appears to be all correct, dates to 1964. Case was made for Omega by Serva SA, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm glad everything's fine! Is the dial gold or made of another material?

Omega usually marked solid gold dials with "OM" near "SWISS MADE".
I think they stopped marking them at some point, some of our Constellation experts may be able to confirm.

They did, but not until later in the 1960’s.

I think there is a good chance that dial is gold. If so, there should be a hallmark on the back of the dial.

The OP’s watchmaker can tell him at the next service.

Welcome @Mr.13

Congratulations on your 168.014 Deluxe Constellation.

The dial is indeed solid gold - the tells are the subtle vertical graining on the dial combined with (importantly) the wide flat onyx inserts in the indices.

(As @gatorcpa says, the OM markings came in towards the end of the 60s)

Thank you all so much for the information! Now I'm confident that the watch is completely original. All that's left is to choose a strap.
I often see people using a black leather strap with this model. Am I leaning toward dark brown?!
I don't wear suits, only short-sleeved shirts and summer trousers, if that's important for choosing the strap color.
Also, thanks for the congratulations! It's a 60th birthday gift. It's a tradition to give yourself a watch every 10 years. 40-50-60.
I hope I'll have time to give myself another one...😎

Plenty of time for at least two more! You'll have to get a bigger box. And I like the combination of the classic Omega and the Seiko with all sorts of modern technology crammed into it.

As for a strap, it's all subjective, but in my mind gold isn't very versatile and brown leather is the way to go. Black leather on gold doesn't look right to me. Gold (coloured) metal bracelet is an option, but it may become a whole lot of gold then.

I tried different strap colors, and I liked it best when there was no sharp difference between the gold and the color of the leather strap. Although, if I were wearing a black suit, a black strap might suit me better.

Regarding Seiko and the rest...
I was 40 years old and decided to try an inexpensive Poljot USSR 14-karat gold classic. And to show off a little in front of my colleagues )
At 50, my brain was still boiling, and I really liked the Seiko Astron with all its precision technology.
At 60, I calmed down and really wanted an Omega, a gold automatic classic without nanotechnology. ))

At the same time, throughout my life, I tried different watches, not very expensive ones, but for my birthday I bought what was in my head at the time.
I wonder what will happen at 70....))
Maybe they won't make watches anymore. ))

Congrats! You have a nice looking Conny there. Regarding a strap color, I prefer black ostrich like in the attached photo (but with an original, gold buckle) for my gold watch I wear with black suit. But then have a brown strap for another one meant for more versatile use.

A black strap with a bit of red is supposed to go well with gold watches.
