Please help identify!

Hello!

I was given my Grandfather's Omega Constellation that my Grandmother bought for him while on holiday in the 70's.
It has an amazing story, but I am basically after a reference number/year in the aid of sourcing an extra link so I may wear it (it is just a little too tight to comfortably wear it all day when my wrist swells a little)

Unfortunately, my grandfather passed about 20 years ago (its been sitting in a box since, survived multiple moves in my Mother's possession... and still ticks! I have had it serviced though) and my Grandmother passed 18 months ago so any chance of identifying from paperwork/box, or even hope to salvage a link has been lost.

My Grandfather wore it everyday of his life since receiving it and pretty much came off when he was admitted to hospital and was never able to wear it again.

If you have any tips, or clues it would be greatly appreciated!

The link you need is for the bracelet 1155/146 as shown on the clasp. I wonder if Omega might still sell them.

Before you wear it a lot, get it serviced. Share your location and we can help you find a watchmaker.

They won't sell directly to you anyway. You would need to contact someone with a parts account.

I had it serviced as soon as it came into my possession, but I have since moved. I'm located in Hobart, Tasmania in Australia

Ah, I see. Thank you! I'll see if I can find someone local with an account

Actually, Omega will sell bracelet links. Easier to go through a boutique or dealer, though.
