There actually were solid gold C cased Omega Geneve models too, though they are rarely seen. Here is one I happen to own. I am not suggesting for a second that this is the OP watch, it’s just interesting!

My case back looks the same. However, I'd assume there'd be some markings inside the case back that would indicate it was originally an Omega. Mine has no markings at all except 18k gold. It's also around 33mm. I think the the c case omegas are larger...not sure

Yes the C cased Connies, and this Geneve are ~35mm wide exc crown. Here are the inner marks, note it is genuine but made in Italy:

Now you know what the "Geneve" brand was mimicking when they made that quartz knockoff.
The original dial in my watch was an Omega. The geneve on it currently is a replacement dial.

Yea the whole watch head seems to be a replacement. Tough break. At least now you know it's not an Omega.
