Please Help Identify this Women's de Ville

Hello!

I have a mid-80's Women's de Ville. It's solid gold, 18K/750 hallmark stamped, with a woven gold mesh band. I believe the quartz caliber is 1455. I'd like to know the reference number. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd like to know the reference number.

Unless another member has an identical watch and can advise, the only way to establish the ref is to open the watch and check the reference on the inside of the caseback.

It'll probably be something like 891.XXXX

Thanks @JimInOz. Unfortunately the caseback doesn't tell me the reference number (see attached). The only other info I have is a number engraved on the movement: 47332532. The watch was purchased in Saudi Arabia. Any other ideas?
