I bought this watch a a second hand store for $5 CND.

Looking to find out more about our and what it might be worth.

I haven't opened it and it works perfect. I just put a new band on it.

I don't know why but i do not belive that you bought it for 5$ 馃榾 Even if it were a russian watch and the price it's to good. Better told us that you found it in a old drawer. Regards and enjoy your watch which worth a few hundreds.

Why not? Believe me I got crazier deals than that over the years.

Looks like a 2846 with a less common large hippocampus on the caseback.

Yep and my guess is a 1958 as from what I remember that case back was peculiar to that year only.
