I bought this at a flea market. It's a 266 caliber, keeping time well with what appears to be an original dial and original crown. From the serial, it appears to be a 1954 version.

However, it was paired with a 2938-2sc case that I don't think is correct. If not, could this be a 2750, 2791 or 2800 - or perhaps (considering the gold hands and index markers) belonging to a 2684, 2685 or 2687 gold tresor?

Whatever info will help, as I paid only the equivalent of $100, so it would be worthwhile for me to hold onto it and try source the correct case.

It is a redial anyway. For what you paid it’s a nice watch.

I would say to get it serviced, have the rust on the case cleaned up and leave the rest alone.

    Thanks Gatorcpa and Alex

So helpful to get this info. I'm starting to develop an eye for redials, so thanks for the training. I have way too many Omegas in my collection already and this is the only Franken, so will most likely get rid of it.
