Please help I have a Universal Geneve watch and cannot find any information on it

This watch was purchased by my grandfather around 1940's or 1950's it is Universal Geneve ladies watch, manual, solid 18k gold. I need help finding info on the value of this antique watch. Please help

Sadly the value of vintage ladies watches is melt value, or what it can be sold as scrap for once movement/dial/glass etc are removed.

Not a pretty thought but there's no market for vintage ladies watches, especially in 18K, while there is definitely a market for gold.
