Hi everyone I'm a newbie. And I just owned my first automatic watch. I tried several times to set the date at 12AM, but don't know why my date always turns on 12PM, every time, the date is turning at 11:30am till 12pm it turns completely to the next date..these happened after my first time and date setting when I started use this watch. Can anyone tell me how to set the date correctly to make it changes at 12AM everyday? Many thanks!

Is your hour hand out by half a day?
Just set your hour hand forward or back a full rotation.

 

Set the date to yesterday, and then wind the time forward.

When you see the date change to today, say "midnight" to yourself and keep winding until you reach the correct time and stop.

Essentially, you have set the watch 12 hours out - the watch itself doesn't know if it is am or pm where you are, you have to tell it.
