    If you have these in your garden they are feeding on parsley, carrots, or dill. They are the larvae of the Black Swallowtail, Papilio polyxenes.
    Don't hurt them, they are our friends :)

    Don't worry the similar species in the UK , Papilio machaon, is much rarer. :D

    There are 2 of them eating my wifes parsley but they are so cute shes protecting them.
