That 14060 has a tritium dial ("Swiss - T < 25" at the bottom of the dial), and as far as I know Rolex stopped using tritium around 1998. But you say "Z" serial...that would date the watch from around 2006/7, and this watch is not that new! I'd check up on this. Otherwise it looks very similar to my own 14060 from 1996. I think it might have been lightly polished just once, but it's hard to tell from the photos...the lug holes don't seem quite as crisp as on my un-polished one. The bezel is original, I'm sure. It has the serif "flat" (or "fat") 4. The patina on the bezel pip has similar patina to mine. But try and do more checking on the service history...who did it, Rolex or an independent? Any papers to prove provenance? These 5-digit Submariners do seem to be rising in price, and if everything checks out I can't recommend a 14060 enough. €10000 is a lot of money, but a 14060 is a timeless, iconic classic, a great everyday watch, comfortable and reliable! You won't regret buying a 14060. Good luck!
