I got a nice Heuer Camaro a while back (here), and thought it would do well on a groovy (19mm) 1970s NSA bracelet. It was only when I went to fit said bracelet, that I realised one of the lugs was slightly bent and therefore it wouldn't fit. So it had a Heuer padded 18mm racing deployant strap put on it instead, at least while I figured out what to do.

Now that I got the watch back from Simon Freese, who with the help of some precision engineering (not at all hitting it wiv 'ammer), has straightened the lug and it can now wear a 19mm strap or bracelet. Huzzah!

In the meantime, a subsequently-acquired Breitling Chrono-Matic, which also has 19mm lugs, has been wearing the NSA. And I also got a dark brown leather strap in case it would suit either. I thought it would be worth having a play to see which I like best, on each watch... I'd be interested in what everyone else thinks, though I may keep my own power dry for now :)

For me the brown leather and Camaro is perfect fit.
For Chrono-Matic I'd look for different steel bracelet that would run better with the lugs. Do you have a picture how the original one looks?

The Breitling came to me, via a reputable auction house  supposedly on a Breitling bracelet, in fact wearing a boggo noname 18mm BoR with curved end links fitted under the Breitling lugs ::facepalm2:: and what I presume to be a fake Breitling outer clasp.
