Am I crazy or is the 12 not even on the newer planet oceans?


I have been researching & analyzing the newer PO 8900 which is obviously a 43.5. My question: is the 12 o’clock numeral imbalanced? It appears as if the 1 & 2 aren’t lined up properly from the bottom. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

 

Balanced on my 3313. Centerline is just barely on the 2 as expected.

Optical illusion maaaaaan. It's the spacing between the 1 and the 2, but don't sweat it.

 

It’s an illusion it would look worse shifted left on the hour marker if you biased it more left to fit the logo. It’s centered correct on the hour marker.

 

I mean the bottoms of the 1 & 2. Look closely, the bottoms don’t line up. The 1 is slightly higher than the 2.

 

The pictures on the website are not real watches they are CG. Look at a real one.

 

I have. I used this image for the zoom. It is an accurate representation of the actual watch.

 

Slightly different model, looks similar but I think it is the thickness and angle.

It’s so minuscule, in just saying the 1 is slightly lower. It’s a head scratcher haha
